Issue/Introduction
Your User name and password will be sent using basic authentication on a connection that isn't secure.
SPC-OCA-10370: The Location Server on HOST is not available.
SPC-OCA-10478: No SpectroSERVER is available. Contact the OneClick Administrator.

Cause
Unable to communicate with MLS.
Resolution
> Added + in the host security by removing only MLS hostname.
> Restarted the services.
> Restarted the services.
