How do I download PAM OVA files

Issue/Introduction

Please provide steps to download OVA and patches.

Environment

Release : 3.3, 3.4, 4.0 (Any Base Release of CA PAM)

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Resolution

1. logon to support.broadcom.com

2. goto download page below.
https://support.broadcom.com/download-center/product-download.html?subfamily=PRIVILEGED%20ACCESS%20MANAGEMENT

3. In the search field, look for "virtual" and you should be able to see a list of products. Click on the PAM Virtual Appliance.

4. In the search field enter "ova" and you will find the file to download.

Once you have deployed this OVA, then you can download any maintenance patch (Upgrade patch) for it at the following link. Make sure you are logged to the support site for the download to be successful.
