Issue/Introduction

Cancelled jobs remain in the 'submitted' status when executed on the secondary LPAR and RACF check failed.

Cause

After error messages ICH408I and IRR012I are produced on the executing JES node and hence the job is cancelled, the status of such job remains 'submitted' on the ESP where the job was submitted.
