Processes and cdm probe not reflecting data

Issue/Introduction

We deployed the cdm and processes probe on few machines. But when we are trying to configure the probes there is no data showing in the probes. 

Environment

Release : 9.0.2

Component : UIM - CDM WITH IOSTAT

Resolution

cdm probe GUI opens empty and processes probe shows no processes under the Status Tab

- cdm and controller logs showed no errors.

- processes probe still showed some errors about being unable to open process.

On the UIM admin's laptop/desktop the cdm GUI took about 5-10 minutes to open and displayed no data/cfg options and the processes probe showed no processes in the Status window.

I asked the customer who had access to the local robot machine, to install IM and try it from there, and both cdm and processes GUIs worked fine from there and displayed everything correctly.

Items to check: (Network/Security)

- local anti-virus
- network route
- number of hops
- network latency
- diminished bandwidth

In the meantime, the customer can use the IM client on the robot itself or simply closer to the hub/robot on the network, or use the Admin Console or a remote Admin Console for configuration.
