Service Catalog page looks like text file without format

Issue/Introduction

After running the setup utility the styles and view of the Catalog site changed and now it looks like text file without format.

Environment

Release : 17.3.X 

Component : CA SERVICE CATALOG

Cause

The issue was caused by an incorrect path of the filestore

Resolution

1. Log in Service Catalog with the service delivery administrator account.

2. Fix the path of the filestore configuration under administration tab->configuration->filestore information.

3. Save the changes and restart the Service Catalog service.
