Issue/Introduction

Description:

When issuing a TSS LIST(acid) DATA(xxx), the following error was received:

 	TSS0207E INSUFFICIENT AUTHORITY FOR FUNCTION
 	TSS0208E TYPE = DATA
TSS0301I PERMIT FUNCTION FAILED, RETURN CODE = 8

Solution:

The administrator acid doing the TSS LIST command needs the proper DATA administrative authorities. CA Top Secret has a DATA admin keyword that allows different information on the CA Top Secret acids to be listed. For a list of these, please see chapter 6 of the

CA Top Secret r15 User Guide, section 'Administrative Authority', subsection 'DATA Authorities' for a list of these. To be able to list everything (except passwords, which is no longer allowed), give them the following:

 	TSS ADMIN(acid) DATA(ALL,PASSWORD,PROFILE,SESSKEY)

(If the 'acid' above is an SCA, the MSCA will have to issue the above command for the SCA.)
