Is there functionality in the Spectrum REST API "GET alarms" to display alarms that are open and/or alarms that are closed?

Resolution

The Spectrum REST API "GET alarms" only shows active alarms.

Use the Spectrum Report Manager (SRM) to view history alarm information.
