Upgrade to autosys 11.3.6 sp8 runs very slow if the ujo_sched_info table is large

Issue/Introduction

Upgrading to autosys 11.3.6 sp8 is running very slow.
Seems to be an issue with the ujo_sched_info table and a temp table based on it.

Environment

Autosys 11.3.6

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

use test fix T42B392 if/when you re-attempt to upgrade from your
existing AutoSys 11.3.6 sp7 to 11.3.6 sp8 if the ujo_sched_info table in your environment is large.

Also the sustaining eng. team confirmed this is NOT a problem clients will face if/when they
upgrade to autosys r12.0.
