ARD Crash while trying to change the subflow integration for an already integrated subflow

Issue/Introduction

When we create an E2E flow such that it has multiple subflows; all subflows have stored paths generated and all of them are integrated in main flow as Stored Paths.
Now try to change the subflow integration for one of the flow to Maximal Coverage - All edges, ARD Crashes.

Resolution

This is a known defect for the Optimizer in ARD 3.0. The fix has been included in ARD 3.1 which is expected to be out in the near future.
