SAAS Workstation not able to connect to SAAS Enterprise Manager

Issue/Introduction

Customer have recently migrated our servers from AWS to GCP and not need to know the URL
for monitoring servers through workstation.
Message: Error attempting to connect to the Enterprise Manager "apmgw.dxi0na1.saas.broadcom.com.

Release : 20.3

Resolution

Customer was using the "Agent" token from SAAS.  The Token should be a "Public API" type token.
