xFlow: Is it possible to transfer/search a ticket by using group alias instead of name?

Issue/Introduction

In SDM Classic interface customer uses the group alias find and narrow down the search of groups.

In xFlow: Is it possible to transfer/search a ticket by using group alias instead of the name of the group?

Release : 17.2

Component : XFLOW INTERFACE FOR SDM

Resolution

This is not possible in the current xFlow version (17.1, 17.2). This would be an idea / enhancement request.
