Issue/Introduction

In 17.3 unable to run pdm_load against ca_owned_resource table. Getting error:
"Problem with MDB register for table (ca_owned_resource) Error: Timed out waiting for response from mdb_registration_nxd"

Steps:
=====

1. Create a load file or extract ca_owned_resource table.

2. load using pdm_load command, after sometime it returs error

    "command = C:\PROGRA~2/CA/SERVIC~1\bin\dbload  m.txt
Problem with MDB register for table (ca_owned_resource) Error: Timed out waiting for response from mdb_registration_nxd"

3 . In the stdlog file see below error:
   
04/24 12:41:27.54 xxxxxxxx dbload                  9356 ERROR        dbintf.c              2371 Problem with MDB register for table (ca_owned_resource) Error: Timed out waiting for response from mdb_registration_nxd

4. The issue is not seen against Oracle DB, specific to SQL DB only.

Resolution

This is a known defect and is currently under investigation by Engineering team with defect id - DE55081
Kindly raise a case with support to know the status of Defect.

****please upgrade to latest rollup patch to address this defect. for example, as of 12/20/2022, RU18************
