Timeout failures from Spectrum for PM Alarm View reports

Alarm View reports in PM Dashboards show Query failures with errors. Intermittent and seen for various groups and time frames. Most evident and seen most often against 30 day time frames.

When debugging it we see that after PC sends Spectrum the request via restful with xml body, PC throws a time out error waiting for the response.

Why is it taking so long, intermittently, for the response to come back to PC from Spectrum?

This is due to unconfigurable timeouts on both Spectrum and CAPM sides.
In Spectrum 10.4.2 this timeout will be increased by default and configurable by customers.

This fix also requires running the latest CAPM version containing the fix.

Both Spectrum and CAPM versions will be released by second half of 2020.
