Issue/Introduction

What to expect as a Resource Manager when dealing with requisitions.

There are 2 factors involved when dealing with requisitions:

1. Project level Requisition Approval Required flag
2. Project - Edit access right

What is the impact of those?

Resolution

Project level RAR setting

Berry, Jason has been added as a team member to the project and a requisition been created and filled in for both projects

The Resource Manager has been granted Project – Edit rights over both projects

If the RAR flag is on, as an RM you can only Propose the requisition

Once this is Proposed, you can then Book or Reject

If the RAR flag is off you can either Propose and Book or directly Book it.

Project Edit rights have now been removed from the Resource Manager

If the RAR flag is on, as an RM you can only Propose the requisition

Notice the Requested amount data is not visible.

Once proposed the Requisition can be booked.

 

If the Project flag is Off you again see both the Propose and Book buttons
