How is the Overall Target calculated on the Portfolio Targets tab?

Issue/Introduction

• What determines the value for the Overall Target on the Targets tab of a Portfolio?
• This is the Overall Target value in the Role: Portfolio Role Totals (FTE) section (Screen shot below).

Resolution

This value is pulled from the value manually entered in the Roles field on the Properties tab of the Portfolio.
