broken help/communities links in Webview/Team Center

Issue/Introduction

The links are broken to the help and communities links in Team Center and Webview.  They are pointing to docops.ca.com / communities.ca.com which gives 404 or incorrect pages.

 

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

 

Resolution

The links have been fixed.  The changes were made on the Broadcom side.  No hotfix or property change is required.
