Issue/Introduction

I am unable to find the upgrade package downloads for Service Desk Manager 17.3/17.4 ... How can I download those install medias?

Environment

Release : 17.3 and up

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER , Service Management

Resolution

please follow these steps to down 17.3/17.4 package
1. log in into https://support.broadcom.com/
2. click on Enterprise Software, then Product downloads, and then Service Management
3. now you should see download "CA Service Management Service Desk Manager Package MSP MULTI-PLATFORM" . Click on the dropdown then 17.3/17.4 installation media can be seen.
4. click on the product version link and in the next page, individual product ISOs can be downloaded.
