Could not find where to download the Azure VHD download

Issue/Introduction

Hi there,

I want to create a deployment of PAM into MS Azure.

I could find the virtual appliance download VM (.ova file), but I could not locate the VHD download.

Environment

Release : 4.x

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Cause

There have been multiple changes to the website in recent weeks, and the locations have changed a couple of times as well as issues with the downloads.

Resolution

Please follow the directions below to find the product you are looking for:

1- The Broadcom software is located in the Broadcom support website:  https://support.broadcom.com/

2- Select "Cyber Security Software" from the top right pulldown

 

3- Click on My Downloads on the left navigation pane

4- Search for PRIVILEDGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT product and click on that item.

5- Key in "Azure" in the search field and expand "PAM VHD Azure Appliance DEBIAN" item and click the release blue link, i.e. 4.1

6- In the next displayed page, find "Privileged Access Manager r4.1 for Azure.tgz" item and click the download icon

Additional Information

If you are looking for VMWare VMs, enter DEBIAN instead of AZURE in the search.

If for some reason you cannot see any of the above, you will need to call the 800 number ([phone]) (or see https://support.broadcom.com/web/ecx/contact-support for other regions) and speak with a customer service agent and request them to make the product available to you per your contract if it supports that product.
