Issue/Introduction

As we have checked in oracle probe connection there is no issue and connection is established. Then why we got this below alert again and again. Please look into this issue.

Environment

Release : 9.2.0

Component : UIM - ORACLE
SLES 11 sp4

oracle_monitor probe version 5.45

Cause

- corrupt OCI library

Resolution

OCI library in oracle client on production oracle server was corrupted.
Decided to setup remote oracle monitoring rather than interfere with production oracle server.
