Issue/Introduction

Product: CA SERVICE CATALOG 17.1

Desc: Problem with recursive js calls in a form when trying to set the delivery address in multiple steps.
First City is added and depending on the city different properties can be chosen and depending of the property, different buildings can be chosen,
and so on…

Environment

Cause

Working on the Validation of Form (General Information - Customized)
1. Multiple form values are given to a form
2. Required values are provided in the form 
3. Click on Save and Submit - Error popups on the window
However, there is no required field missed in this case.
4. Based on the form field selection the subsequent fields will be aligned as per the selection.

Error: Status 500

Note: There are different form fields which are hidden and will be selected as per the selection.

Resolution

Please open a case with support with get a Test fix for this issue which was resolved in - T6D9577.CAZ

Additional Information

Note: The solution of this fix will be available in upcoming Roll-up i,e, RU10.
Once the patch is available for end customer you can freely download this from support web site and upgrade the environment with latest patch.
