Issue/Introduction

Alarm count mismatch between Spectrum OneClick Alarms tab and REST API.

When running "http://hostname:8080/spectrum/restful/alarms" more alarms are shown in the REST API than in the Alarms tab in Spectrum OneClick.

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

The most probable reason is there is an Alarm Filter in the Alarms tab of OneClick that is filtering out alarms. If no custom filter is applied, then it is most likely a default filter. For example, symptom alarms are hidden by default in the Alarms tab:

Resolution

Check for and remove any filters applied to the Alarms tab.
