Issue/Introduction
Dollar Universe Reporter server is showing as stopped from Univiewer Console. When the Reporter server is restarted, it works for a while and again goes down in the Univiewer Console. It shows not connected in the console but the Reporter server process on the host is still running.
Environment
Release : 6.7 or lower
Component : DOLLAR UNIVERSE REPORTER SERVER

Resolution
Please check the following:
-Make sure that the java installed is supported on Dollar Universe Reporter v6.7. Please note that the OpenJDK is only supported starting Reporter v6.10.
-Check if there's a lot of TCP/IP connections in WAIT status on the port used by the Reporter server . It is possible that it is running out of TCPs. You can use the command below.
On UNIX/Linux:
netstat -na|grep <port number>
On Windows:
netstat -na|findstr <port number>
