Issue/Introduction

One of users (CC’d) on here is having issues accessing site – can you please check as nothing in the admin console is providing any insight!

 

 

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : BLOCKMASTER

Cause

VPN issues.

Resolution

Once VPN issue was resolved could access the site.

Additional Information

Chrome or Firefox are the only supported browsers for BlazeMeter.
