XOG issue - not able to connect to application

Issue/Introduction

We have a interface which creates/updates users Clarity,

When it tries to connect to our test environment,  it is give error like below

Error –

System.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 405: .

   at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall)

   at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters)

   at AdapterServices.CpfmService.UsersService.WriteUser(XmlElement WriteUser1) in C:\Development\meridian\AdapterServices\Web References\CpfmService\Reference.cs:line 137


the user used in this interface has all access to XOG users.
This adapter working fine in Production but getting error in Test only. Could you please take a look at the error and let us know what could be the issue?

Resolution

When using load balancer URL is working for Test.
