Best practice request for the installation of r20 DB2 Tools using CSM

Issue/Introduction
Using CSM, what is the best way to get the r20 CA Database Management Solutions product media for installation.
Environment
Release : 6.0
Component : CHORUS SOFTWARE MANAGER
Resolution
In CSM, follow these steps:
1) under Products find one of your company's DB2 licensed products.
2) Expand the product to reveal 20.0
3) "Right-Click" 20.0 and invoke 'Update Product Release'.
4) Expand 20.0 and left click on 0000. This will show the DVD r20 base install pax file containing all of the DB2 Tools.
Note:
If expanding 20.0 only shows INC00 after performing the 'Update Product Release' perform the Action 'Cleanup and Hide' on the licensed product 20.0,
and then 'Show Hidden Products' for the same product just hidden, and redo steps 3 and 4.
