ITAM-APM: During Installation, the install is calling up incorrect DB parameters

Issue/Introduction

When installing ITAM Software, there may be older DB connection content that despite modifying the al_cdb_configurationparameters table to reflect the correct DB credentials, the logs will show old, outdated DB connection information being referenced, causing the install attempt to fail.

Cause

Registry settings in the backend server need to be corrected.

Resolution

To address, please review the registry setting:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\CA\Shared\ITAM

Key entries such as "DatabaseInstance" or "DatabaseName" may need to be modified here.
