Issue/Introduction

What may occur to my PAM Appliances if the limit of PAM Session licenses or PAM Credential licenses is reached?
Will it stop working?

Environment

Product: Layer 7 Privileged Access Manager.
Version: 3.x, 4.x

Resolution

When the limit of Access Devices or Password Devices is reached, a message in the main PAM dashboard appears showing you the condition and not allowing to add more devices.
You should open a case requesting new licenses for your PAM servers matching your new needs.
If your installation is a cluster, the cluster must be turned off, the new licenses installed on all the nodes and the cluster turned on again.
