Is there a way of filtering on the analyst userid from the activity log in CA Service Desk Manager in Xtraction instead of their name?

Issue/Introduction

There might have a situation where there are more than 1 person with the same name. 

Because of this issue, we would like to show the userids instead of the First Name + Last Name when creating a filter/condition because there is more than 1 person with the same name but userids are unique.

Release : 17.2

Component : XTRACTION FOR CA SERVICE MANAGEMENT

Resolution

A workaround would be to add the userid to the first name or last name to the contact in SDM

The solution for this issue can be achieved by editing the data model.

Editing data models falls outside the scope of support.
