Issue/Introduction

The SQL agent of type Oracle does not start:

U00011605 The combination of hardware '' and software '                                ' version '1.0' ('0000000001') is not supported.

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Configuration.

Resolution

The ini file had the following entry:

type=ORACLE OCI

This needs to be change to either ORACLE or ORACLE_OCI.

ORACLE_OCI is needed if useOraClient= is set to 1.
