Issue/Introduction

In version 17.2, when request to list contact, all contact types are listed (contacts and groups).
In previous release only contacts were listed, not groups.
Is it a problem?

Environment

Release : 17.x

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

Contacts and Groups are in the same table, so in Contacts search, unless a filter for contact type is set, it will list contacts and groups.
It's a working as design behavior.
