Cannot access OM Web Viewer 14.0 after upgrade View® to 14.0

Issue/Introduction

We have upgraded View®/Deliver™ from Version 12.2 to Version 14.0.
We did a full install of View®14, so it included Web Viewer 14.0 as well.

1. Product installed through CA CSM
2. Applied required USERMOD's
3. Updated SYMBOL

Though View® and Deliver™ are running with Version 14, we are only able to access OM Web Viewer Version 12.1.
Could you please let us know on what's missing for OM Web Viewer 14.0.

Resolution

Customer does not to use OM Web Viewer 14.0 while upgrading to View® 14.0. OM Web Viewer 12.1 is compatible with View® 14.0.
