Issue/Introduction

We have upgraded CA-View/Deliver from Version 12.2 to Version 14.
We did a full install of CA-View 14, so it included CA Web Viewer as well.
1. Product installed through CA CSM
2. Applied required USERMOD's
3. Updated SYMBOL
Though CA-View and Deliver are running with Version 14. We are only able to access CA Web Viewer Version 12.2.
Could you please let us know on what's missing for CA Web Viewer 14.

Component : CA OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER FOR ALL PLATFORMS

Resolution

Customer need not have installed 14.0 Content/Web Viewer whilst upgrading to CA View 14.0 if they intend to continue using 12.1 Web Viewer.
