How to disable Self Monitor Alerts?

Issue/Introduction

Getting alerts similar to the following and would like to disable these:

Environment

Release : 10.3

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

Edit the Self-Monitor in Spectrum and uncheck the "Send SNMP Trap" option.
The other option is to remove the entire monitor but turning off the traps should be sufficient enough to stop Spectrum from alerting.
