The Button 'Download Discovery Analysis Report' Is Missing

Issue/Introduction

The button 'Download Discovery Analysis Report' is not showing under Administration > Security and Diagnostics > Health Report > Summary.

Environment

Clarity PPM 15.2 and newer.

Cause

The job 'PPM Customization Discovery Analysis' needs to be run first so that the button appears. The job will also refresh the report content, so it should be run prior trying to download the report.

Note that the job is disabled by default.

Resolution

To activate the job:

1. Go to Administration > Data Administration > Reports and Jobs > Job Definitions.
2. Find 'PPM Customization Discovery Analysis' job, check it and click on 'Activate' button.

Once the job is active, in order to run the job and download the report:

1. Go to Home > Personal > Reports and Jobs > Jobs and run the 'PPM Customization Discovery Analysis' job.
2. Go to Administration > Security and Diagnostics > Health Report > Summary, and click on the 'Download Discovery Analysis Report' to download the report.
