Resolution

A PATCH dump is generated in various modules of the MUF when the code detects an error condition and captures a dump just in case it is needed to debug the problem.
In this case the problem is identified in the previous message DB03155W, which indicates a CDC GAP was detected.
The normal response  is to run the GAPFIX utility to get out of the gap situation or do a CDC reset.
