Rate Matrix File XOG Error

Issue/Introduction

We are in the process of XOG'ing rate information in Clarity. Our design is to create 4 different rate matrices to handle our different rates. The total number of rows are the same in each of the rate xml files (31,647).

The XOG file starts our processing fine, but we eventually receive the following error message: Failed to retrieve response document com.niku.xog.XOGException: java.lang.RuntimeException:HTTP Error:Status-Code:500:Internal Server Error.

When we look in Clarity, we see that 31,348 records are XOG'ed in. (this is the same for all 4 files). In each instance 299 records are not XOG'ed in.

1) Do we know what this error means?
2) Is there a limitation for the number of records that the rate file can have? Tried looking for this information in the release information, but did not find anything.

Component : CA PPM XML OPEN GATEWAY (XOG)

Resolution

Customer resolved this issue. For us it was two-fold:
1) we are experiencing issues with XOG'ing through our load balancer. We performed the XOG directly against one of our App servers. We no longer received the error message.
2) The 299 records that were failing were failing due to issues with their resource record, which we were not seeing because of the issue 1.
