Unwanted models generating under the universe causing Online Database Paused 

Environment

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

Rpt_segment Fanout is created automatically, even if Fanout creation in Modeling Options in Discovery Console is disabled.

The issue was addressed in 10.2

Resolution

Unwanted model generating under the universe

- Goto $SPECROOT/SS
- Open the .vnmrc file
- Add 'create_fanout=false' & Save the file.
- Restart the SpectroServer
- Then delete those unwanted fanouts & They will not come back again.
