DBReorg will clear records in RT table ? How to Remove Records from RT table and what is the impact ?

Resolution
Records can be removed directly from the RT table without impact to system stability - however, we do not recommend this approach. To limit the number of records in the RT table:
1.) Utilize ILM and drop partitions when data is no longer needed.
2.) Set a more aggressive utility setup to remove reports as they become no longer necessary.
3.) For jobs where there is no need for reports, set the individual jobs to either never send report data to the database or only on error.
