Issue/Introduction

Unable to access Identity Access Manager to add DevTest Users, etc.

Environment

Release : 10.6

Component : CA Service Virtualization

Cause

Pop-up happens because you are not using a valid certificate.

Resolution

When pop-up happens, click link:



This will bring up IAM login screen.

Was able then to update or add users.

Additional Information

Note: Creating your own certificate and using it with IAM will cause the pop-up to go away. Refer to this link:
