TSS CMDs in CA-ROSCOE not case sensitive

Issue/Introduction

TSS CMDs in CA-ROSCOE are not case sensitive even though other commands in CA-ROSCOE are.

"SET MODE X" command has been run.

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

Check the ROSCOE startup parameters and make sure RUN=TSS(X) is specified.
(The (X) is needed to allow mixed case to be sent to Top Secret.) .

If RUN=TSS is set, change it to RUN=TSS(X) and recycle ROSCOE.

The ROSCOE startup parameters are in the SYSIN DD dataset in the ROSCOE startup proc.
