User not listed who put the server in maintenance mode

Issue/Introduction
It has been noticed that some devices in maintenance do not have a user in the event, just listed a a dot "."
Environment
Release : 10.4
Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER
Resolution
This happens when an ESX Host is placed into maintenance mode.
The children VM models will also be placed into maintenance mode at the same time.
The user data from the parent model is not passed down to the child model and thus will not have a user populated.
This is functioning as designed.
