NAS probe is not staring on secondary hub after deployment

Issue/Introduction

We are installing secondary hubs. When we tried to deploy the NAS probe it would not start.
We need help getting the NAS probe working on our secondary hubs.

Environment

UIM 8.x,9.x,20.x

NAS version ALL

Cause

Java_jre not installed which caused alarm_enrichment to fail and so NAS could not start.

Resolution

The NAS probe will not start if the alarm_enrichment probe is not present or fails to start for some reason.
I would suggest the following:
1) deploy the java_jre to the hub
2) delete the NAS probe and the alarm_enrichment probe
3) set the controller loglevel to 3 and logsize to 5000
4) restart the robot service.
5) deploy the NAS probe again
