Is it possible to integrate CA Service Management and CA Agile Central (Rally)?

Resolution

There is no out of the box integration between CA Service Desk Manager (SDM)/Service Management and Rally (Agile Central) available.

Based on the experience of the Services team, this is possible by using PAM (Process Automation Manager) as an orchestrator to connect to the Rally and SDM Web Services to develop an integration between the applications.
