Sporadically occurring error: some jobs stuck with status "In Generating"

Issue/Introduction

When you run the jobs, Certain jobs will be failing with FILE SYSTEM ERROR in the job report.

Environment

AWA version 12.0

Cause

This is a known issue in version 12.0

Resolution

Workaround : Restart the Agent, and again run the job. If it is doesn't help, please upgrade to the fixed version.
