Cancel of CA Disk job results in SMSVSAM enqueue on RLS catalog and catalog dumps

Issue/Introduction

Ca Disk is a victim of the storage corruption resulting in S0C4 and/or S0C9 abend; the symptoms were triggered as the result of the cancel being issued to the Catalog address space.

Example JCL used at time of the cancel:

//STEP0010 EXEC DMS,S='*'   

//SYSIN    DD    *          

SCAN REALVOLS               

  SELECT VOLUMES=/          

    REPORT MVDICT           

There are 2 scenarios possible.

1) The IEF877E message indicating that the volume is offline can be issued. However, once replying to the outstanding IEF238D message, the locate job is cancelled and catalog does not reissue IEF877E message.
2) Immediately after the cancel the message IEC331I 050-092 is issued , and then the dynalloc seems to be redriven.
