Issue/Introduction

Our team needs to create some dashboards to monitor certain network activities. What are the requirements for DX NetOps Portal?  We are planning to have NFA as a data source.

What would the sizing requirements be as we have 8 harvesters (running on Windows 12) and over 1600 routers/switches sending netflows?

Resolution

The sizing for DX NetOps Portal would be the same as if these were SNMP-polled devices. So add the number of devices and interfaces to the sizing tool below and size the Performance Management system for SNMP only. Using the number of devices and interfaces you have in NFA.
