Daylight saving is not happening for CAWA DE

Issue/Introduction
We have scheduled an Application in CA Workload Automation DE version 12.1, it's has been scheduled at 12:45 PM EST earlier, now daylight saving has been changed so user want to change the schedule timing automatically .
Please suggest how to change the timing automatically whenever daylight saving comes without doing any manually changes.

Resolution
DE Server takes the “Daylight Saving Time information” from the “Operating System” through Java.
DST changes are applied for DE, according to the DE Server OS Timezone and location.
The issue was related to having some Applications in US Timezone and some Other Applications in IST Timezone.
As there is Not any DST changes in IST, there will not be any DST changes applied when DE Server is located in IST.
This will cause an issue for the Applications located in US as you will not have the automatic time change for those applications.
