New UX - New Project button vs New From Template

Issue/Introduction

On the Project Tiles, the New Project button, should actually be “New From Template”, as you really cannot create a project from scratch on the tile view. We need to pick a template.

Environment

Release : 15.7.1

Component : CA PPM INTEGRATIONS & INSTALLATIONS

Resolution

This is by design. Currently it's New From Template on the grid, and New Project in the Tile view.
