New User Error: You do not have permissions for the New user experience

Issue/Introduction

A new user is getting the following error when trying to access the New User Experience (UX): 

You do not have permissions for the new user experience

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM SAAS SECURITY INTEGRATION

Cause

The user may be missing one or more of the new user experience "navigate" rights needed to view particular modules / menu options within the New UX

Resolution

1. Ensure the user has one at least one of the applicable navigate rights to the New UX (navigate rights are listed below)

• Administration - Access
• Classic PPM - Navigate
  • Allows users and administrators to access the classic Clarity PPM features from the New User Experience
• Project Management - Navigate
  • Allows users to access the Project grid page and related project management pages in the New UX
• Project Management - Tiles Navigate
• Idea Management - Navigate
• Roadmap - Navigate
• Staffing - Navigate
• Timesheets - Navigate
• Tasks - Navigate
• Custom Investment - Navigate
• Resource Management - Navigate

    2. Once access is granted, the user may need to login and log back out for rights to refresh. 
    3. If they still are still getting an error have the user try clearing their browser cache
