Issue/Introduction

When you try to perform updates such as the below you are unable to save data in the application / it is very slow:

  • Update tasks
  • Create status reports
  • Update records (e.g. Idea and Projects)

The save icon spins and does not save. This is occurring for all users and in multiple modules.

SaaS customers: Contact Broadcom Support

On Premise customers: Have your DBA check for any blocking sessions on the database (DB) that need to be cleared.
