Several users are reporting that "My Dashboard" link is missing in CAPC menus but it is enabled for the user's role

Issue/Introduction

We are seeing that several production users are missing their "My dashboard" link.

All these users are of level Operator, this role level has my dashboard selected.

Environment

Release : 3.7

Component : IM Data Aggregator

Resolution

Menu items don't show up if there is nothing in the menu. You need to go to dashboards and create a dashboard and save it to My Dashboards and then the menu item will show up.
